By using the Jodfy website, creating an account, requesting a service, or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms together with any written quote, contract, or service addendum.
These terms are tailored to Jodfy's digital services and informed by Saudi e-commerce requirements. If a signed contract or custom proposal conflicts with these terms, the more specific or newer document controls according to its wording.
Service provider and contact details
Jodfy provides digital solutions for businesses, including smart websites, custom digital systems, AI agents and employees, chatbots, business automation, website support, search visibility, and UI/UX design.
Contact: email info@jodfy.com, phone 0555873878, WhatsApp 0555873878.
Jodfy displays contact details clearly, and any commercial registration or e-store authentication information will be displayed when available or when required for a service proposal.
Scope of services
Jodfy services are usually digital and customized to the customer's needs, not physical products suitable for ordinary physical replacement.
Deliverables, prices, timelines, support levels, and usage limits vary by quote, contract, or approved scope of work.
Services may include requirements analysis, UI design, software development, integrations, AI model or agent setup, training, technical support, maintenance, or operational monitoring.
Order and electronic contract information
Before work begins, the quote, order page, or approved conversation sets out the scope, price, payment method, expected timeline, requirements, delivery stages, support, and cancellation or refund policy where relevant.
Accepting a quote, making payment, or sending written approval by email or approved channels means consent to start the service under the defined scope.
Additional work outside the approved scope may require an additional quote, cost, or timeline before implementation.
Accounts, roles, and permissions
The website may include roles such as manager, supervisor, and investor. The account owner is responsible for accurate data, login confidentiality, and access permissions granted to others.
Jodfy may suspend or restrict access for security risk, misuse, overdue payment, terms violations, or lawful requests from competent authorities.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate data, precise requirements, files they have the right to use, and timely approvals or feedback so timelines are not affected.
Jodfy services must not be used for unlawful, rights-infringing, misleading, harmful, fraudulent, or provider-policy-violating activities.
Customers are responsible for reviewing content, automated responses, and deliverables before publishing or using them commercially or in decisions affecting their customers.
Prices, payment, and taxes
Fees are due according to the quote or contract. Fees may include analysis, setup, design, development, support, maintenance, integrations, or third-party costs such as hosting, domains, licenses, messages, and AI services.
Prices exclude taxes, government fees, or third-party fees unless the proposal states otherwise.
Late payment may result in temporary suspension, delayed delivery, or restricted access after reasonable notice where possible.
Delivery, acceptance, and changes
Delivery may occur through a link, dashboard, files, development environment, or any agreed method. The review period starts when the deliverable is made available.
Feedback must be sent within the agreed period or a reasonable period. Failure to send material comments may be treated as acceptance of the deliverable or stage.
Revisions cover fixing deviations from the approved scope. Additions, direction changes, or new features are additional scope.
Intellectual property and data
Customer data, content, and original files remain owned by the customer. The customer grants Jodfy a limited license to use them for service delivery and support.
Custom deliverable rights transfer to the customer after outstanding amounts are paid unless a written agreement states otherwise.
General tools, templates, libraries, pre-existing code, know-how, internal procedures, and general operating models remain owned by Jodfy or their original owners.
AI and automated outputs
Some services may use AI models or third-party providers. Outputs may require human review before reliance in legal, financial, or sensitive operational decisions.
Jodfy does not guarantee that every automated output is error-free, but we work to reduce errors through setup, testing, and clear usage boundaries.
Third-party services and integrations
Projects may rely on external services such as payments, hosting, email, analytics, WhatsApp, AI providers, content management, or APIs.
Use of these services is subject to their providers' terms. Jodfy does not guarantee their continued availability, pricing, or policy stability, but will make reasonable efforts to reduce service impact.
Availability, security, and liability limits
We aim to provide a stable and secure service, but do not guarantee that it will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or free from risks outside our control. Maintenance or updates may occur.
To the extent permitted by law, Jodfy is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from service use. Any remedy, if available, is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service under the agreement.
Cancellation and termination
Customers may request cancellation according to the refund policy, quote, or contract. Jodfy may terminate or suspend the service for terms violations, non-payment, or security or legal risk.
After cancellation, access to dashboards, development environments, or connected cloud services may stop, while allowing the customer to obtain available data where possible and permitted.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and competent Saudi judicial or quasi-judicial authorities have jurisdiction unless a written agreement states otherwise.
