Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when Jodfy digital services and custom projects may be cancelled or refunded.

Because Jodfy services are usually digital and customized to the customer's request, refund eligibility depends on delivery stage, service use, and third-party costs committed for the customer.

This policy considers applicable Saudi cancellation and refund rights while accounting for exceptions related to digital services, customized deliverables, and use of the service.

Policy scope

This policy applies to Jodfy services such as website development, custom digital system setup, AI agents, chatbots, automation, technical support, search visibility, and UI/UX design.

If a quote or contract includes a specific refund policy, that policy applies to the project together with mandatory statutory rights.

Cancellation before service starts

If the customer cancels before actual work starts, before resources are allocated, and before third-party services are purchased, a full or near-full refund may be available after deducting actual payment or administrative fees if any.

If cancellation is requested shortly after the transaction and the service has not started, has not been used, and is not customized to the customer's request, the request will be reviewed in line with applicable requirements and proposal terms.

Custom services after work begins

Analysis, consulting, design, development, AI setup, data preparation, or technical configuration fees become non-refundable to the extent work has been performed, allocated, or delivered.

If cancellation happens after work starts, only unused amounts may be refunded after deducting completed work, allocated time, administration costs, and third-party commitments.

Deliverables designed or developed specifically for the customer, or prepared based on customer data and requests, may not be refundable after work starts or a material part is delivered.

Use of digital services

If the customer can use the digital service, access deliverables, download files, run the system, or benefit from support, fees may not be refundable for the used or benefited portion.

This does not prevent the customer from requesting correction of a material defect or re-delivery of an affected part if the service clearly does not match the agreed scope.

Ongoing services and technical support

Support, maintenance, or ongoing operations services may be cancelled according to the agreed notice period. Fees for a period that has started or work already performed are not refunded unless the agreement or law says otherwise.

If a support or operations service is prepaid, any refundable amount may be calculated pro rata after deducting used time and any non-refundable commitments or costs.

Third-party costs

Domain, hosting, messaging, payment gateway, software license, AI service, cloud tool, or any third-party fees are not refundable once purchased or activated for the customer unless the provider refunds them.

Payment provider, transfer, or bank fees that are non-refundable may be deducted from the approved refund amount.

Errors and duplicate invoices

If there is a duplicate charge, clear billing error, or collection of an amount not due, the approved amount will be refunded to the original payment method where possible.

If the original payment method cannot be used, we will contact the customer to arrange a suitable method according to available procedures and applicable requirements.

How to request a refund

Refund requests may be sent to info@jodfy.com, or through WhatsApp/phone 0555873878, with the account name, invoice or order number, refund reason, and supporting documents.

Requests should be submitted within a reasonable period from payment or from when the refund reason appears. We may request additional information to verify the requester and service status.

Review and response timing

Jodfy usually reviews refund requests within 7 business days after receiving complete information. It may take longer if technical, financial, or third-party verification is needed.

When approved, refunds are usually processed within 10 to 15 business days. The time for the amount to appear may vary by bank or payment provider.

Effect of cancellation on access and data

Cancellation or refund may stop access to the service, dashboard, development environment, or unpaid deliverables.

Customers may request an available copy of their data before cancellation where possible and permitted, considering intellectual property rights and outstanding financial obligations.
